Our teaching methods - Life is learning

We're all different. This trivial assertion masks an essential reality that's all too often overlooked: we all learn in our own unique way, with our own preferences (cognitive, motivational) and facilities.

We are committed to taking these differences into account, enabling each of our participants to benefit from individualized learning, whether in terms of learning pace, support methods or the definition of personal action plans.

We offer a real-world pedagogy. We always start from real-life situations, concrete issues and emblematic illustrations, then gain perspective and return to them.

We question representations, presuppositions and prejudices to unlock the mechanisms of gradual acquisition.

We put our trust in individual and collective intelligence, giving everyone the methodological means to decipher, analyze and question the most complex situations.

The constant mobilization of acquired knowledge is at the heart of our pedagogical approach, and takes a variety of complementary forms: group projects, case studies, training exercises, individual and collective simulations. This strengthens participants' commitment and their ability to question their way of learning and progressing.

Far from the traditional theory-practice dialectic that still all too often articulates training approaches, our pedagogical approach is based on the levers and mechanisms that enable us to reinforce and develop skills, be they professional, academic or personal.

Far from the solitude of traditional online learning, our programs are based on a dynamic of exchange, sharing and cross-fertilization.

Whether with Promo Managers, our thematic experts or their peers, our learners benefit from dedicated spaces, situations and times that encourage cooperation, mutual support or learning remediation.

Far from gimmicks, fashions or fancy tricks, our educational approach is above all responsible.

Responsible, because it goes beyond essential business skills to: strengthen and forge awareness of environmental, social and cultural issues in each of our participants; reinforce and develop sustainable, transferable skills - soft skills; train both "eco-citizens" and seasoned professionals.
